Katherine Mickle
currently teaches all levels of Photography in the Art Department at Slippery Rock University. She received her MFA in Photography from Ohio University in 1996. Katherine holds her MA with a major in Photography and minor in Painting from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacgodoches, Texas. She received her BFA from SRU with a second major in Spanish. For one semester, she studied at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. Katherine exhibits both regionally and nationally and presently has works on consignment at Inter-national Images in Sewickley. She is a member of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, as well as of the College Art Association and the Society for Photographic Education.
